How can the Lost Boys stay in Neverland but anda have to die to stay there?

The Lost boys don't have homes atau a family most likely when they grow up atau get too old to stay in Neverland Peter takes them back to where he found them. It's like if anda stay there "Forever" you'd have to die, it's how it works since Peter is the only magical boy who can stay and turn back to youth whenever.

Adding on to what OneLastWish said, some Lost Boys (sadly) grow up to be pirates.
