It depends. If I notice someone making a lot of great submissions, I'll give props (especially if it is to a site that doesn't get a lot of stuff). However, there are times when one good pick or video will deserve a prop.

Usually when I give props is for something in particular I saw, but I have given props for a bunch of submissions to a spot.

i don't mean to say that the ones who put in lots aren't good qulity. I just meant that that 1 item may be really good.
