How do characters' Pokémon let themselves out of their Pokéball?

It just doesn't make any sense as to how certain Pokémon, (mainly Misty's Psyduck, Jessie's Wobbuffet, May's Skitty, and Ash's Oshawott), come out of their Pokéballs all on their own. Is there maybe a certain button inside the Pokéball that they can push to let themselves out atau is it just a glitch that always makes them come out at Rawak moments? Someone please explain this to me because it's confusing. They always seem to pop out of their Pokéballs at the most odd moments. I know it acts as comedic relief when they do this, but I still don't see just how they manage to do it.

rotcalex2011 simple explaination.........poke-logic XD serious answer: there must be certain criteria for a certain pokemon to just escape. Jessie's Wobbuffet for example pops because he takes joy in whatever is happening, usually when team rocket "blasts off again". maybe he enjoys that I dnt know. Ash's Oshawott comes out because its energetic and wants to be involved in battles so he comes out because 9 times out of 10 Ash will make him happy and agree to use him even though he shouldn't or wasn't. sometimes they pop out because they r angry...example: one episode in the diamond and pearl series, Jessie's Seviper kept popping out after they ran into a group of Zangoose. The show used the fact that Seviper and Zangoose have fought eachother over many years, so that they just hate eachother. Seviper kept coming out after Jessie returned it because its anger towards the Zangoose made it want to fight it. However to sum up, there is no real "answer" to why this happens.....most likely any pokemon could come out whenever they want but simply choose not to........unless ur Pikachu because hes too awesome to be in his pokeball XD hope this hepled

Pokegal4life That's a good explanation. Maybe someday the reason will be revealed in the anime and that will solve the mystery.

Pokegal4life I would guess the reason why Misty's Psyduck always comes out his Pokéball all on his own is because he's so absent-minded he doesn't even realize what he's doing.

Monmonny Actually they might just come out of their PokeBalls on their own because there is a button inside the PokeBall.

Poke-nasta Masta game

Do anda collect Pokémon TCG? If anda do try this fun game I made up.
How to play
1 player: Three decks, two of 10 cards the other of 30. Shuffle them. Put 10 cards on one side near anda (In play) and 10 on the other, the 30 in a seperate deck (reserve).
Pick one card from the deck farthest away (other). Look at the in play deck and see if a card has a matching type (in the top-right corner). If none match, take 10 cards from the reserve, and put your current in play cards into a discard pile. If anda match all in play with the other, anda win! Run out of reserve, anda lose.

Ok, imagine this anda are misty coming back several years later to meet a childhood friend and when anda arrive anda realize he's no different. I my self have heard many retarded things like he's a vampire atau a real hysterical one a spirit.No he's neither see Pokemon just wanted to keep ash forever as a ikon but wouldn't anda think its weird if a friend anda left as an adolescent never aged a bit? POOR MISTY is all i gotta say. But theirs a lot of weird things in Pokemon like the 38+ Officer Jennys and nurse joys
