anda have to contribute as much content as anda can and stay active in the spot anda want. Your content has to be viewed and rated, etc. anda earn medal and the process usually is Dedicated (green), Die-Hard (yellow) and Fanatic (red). But if anda are really good and gain alot, anda could even jump a few.
