lolz now im no docter but...uhhh u shud sleep alot and eat lots veggies......but really thats kinda crazy because anda cant make your self grow taller..it has to be in your genes anda know what i mean??
Well, first anda need to find 2 people. Then, anda have them help anda tie one rope to your hands, and one to your legs. After that, each person grabs a rope and pulls with all of their might. anda should grow taller. If not, then anda might wanna see a chiropractor.
ok, anda may have already passed your growth spurts atau anda may be due for another anytime, depends how far along in your teens anda are and when anda started going through puberty. there is no "magic pill" to make anda taller, but if anda eat right and get your vitamins anda can grow up relatively pain-free. Most girls stop growing taller sejak the time they hit their twenties, some sooner. Dont worry about how tall anda are, just be happy with who anda are! I am a little short for girls my age but i am finding that being little has its own advantages.
