Why is it that the people we hate the most are the ones we used to love(or idolize)?

So an interesting thing occured to me today and that is that some of the most hated selebriti and politicians in the world, were once some of the most beloved. Think about it, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Tiger Woods, heck even George W. belukar, bush had an 80% approval rating once upon a time. So what do anda think it is? Is it the betrayal of finding those that we've held on a pedestal to be lacking? Do we enjoy watching the beautiful and powerful fall from grace? atau do we just have lebih of a capacity to hate those that we once loved? Tell me what anda think and feel free to add on with examples.

i think they have just grown up!, think about selena gomez, yeh, selena gomez, she has heaps of haters cause she's dating justin bieber, i hate her, and yeh i know, HATE is a VERY strong word to other people, not me though. so i think its the popularity level, i mean, anda do one tiny little thing wrong, and all of a sudden, anda lose your fans, and get haters, but for some reason, anda get lebih followers on twitter, have anda heard of the st. kilda football scandall in australia?? well she got haters, got loads of twitter follows, and she got some people on her side. i think i just completey went off the wrong track just then lol. bet that is what i think.

I get what you're saying, like the lebih famous, atau infamous, something becomes, the lebih peminat-peminat and haters they get? just because it gets lebih attention then
