how do anda get internet on the wii?( if anda answer anda get 5 props)

i'm trying to get internet on my wii so i don't have to pay 1000 dollars for a mac. all i need to do is go onto the user agreements but it didn't work . it told me i had to review the user agreements in order to review the user agreements.how dumb can a wii console be? i did the connection thing already but all i need to do is "review the user agreements" so lame. need help please reply
