HELP!I have an android phone and I just charged it, but now it is saying some of my apps are not installed! What should I do???

My mum thinks I should take out the battery and the SIM and put them back in. Do anda guys have any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!!

Did anda try to power it off and power on again? try to remove the battery if this didn't work....
