I need help with this

I have a friend name Kim. She and I have been Friends for a while now. Then I got a new friend named Kate. Kim spent 1 minit with Kate and already got into an arguement with her. Kim always did this with my new friends. When Kim does all this stuff its hard to be Friends with her. In the end we would yell at each other, and I would give her the silent treatment just so we could go back to yelling at each other. I cant deal with it anymore. I wanna be Friends with her. So what should I do.

(These names were fake and are not the names of anyone I know.)

Just be Friends with both. It is possible to hang out with "Kim" and "Kate" separately so they don't have to be around each other.

This happened to me I was freinds with a girl called Meghan and she was Friends with a girl I hated called Eilidh. Eventually I went and got some new friends.
