The shaping and proportion is rather off (such as the arm and hand holding the sunglasses being at an odd angle and that the body of the figure is somewhat wide and short) and the shading could use some work where there are lines but no shadow (the hair for example). However, the face and neck detail and the movement of the dress is nicely done for the anime-like style. Overall, I give your drawing a 5-6.
