I used to distract myself with stuff but sometimes distracting yourself will make it worse as well. It'd be best to let it out and start slowly putting yourself back out there. I don't know who anda Lost in your life but, I promise it will get better and that anda will learn to live with out them. It hurts to say but, anda can do it.
