Enemies and haters can be annoying and their komen-komen and insults can upset you. Learn how to deal with it...

1)If anda don’t know why they hate you, ask them calmly and nicely. If they are nasty to anda atau start swearing atau being violent, walk away and don’t bother trying to talk to them again until they have calmed down atau until they talk to anda nicely. Some people can be telah diberi saat chances to realize that anda aren’t really a bad person and they have nothing to hate anda for. But some people just won’t like anda in life, so don’t waste your time fretting about why they don’t like you.

2)Ignore whatever they say. They are probably only insulting anda because they are jealous. No matter what they say, it can’t offend anda unless anda let it. Just remember when they say something nasty to you, they want anda to react. So pretend anda didn’t hear it. Don’t acknowledge them atau give them any attention for it. If they continue insulting anda atau bothering anda in any way, walk away from them. Don’t look at them atau talk to them; just walk away. After a few times of anda doing this they will probably get bored and stop picking on.

3)Surround yourself with Friends and people who like anda for who anda are. These people will make anda feel lebih confident about yourself and anda should realize that it doesn’t matter what haters say as long as anda have good Friends sejak your side.

4)If they start being violent towards anda atau continue offending anda atau upsetting you, and ignoring them is not helping, tell them that their behavior is upsetting anda and tell them that they have no reason for it. If they still carry on, anda will have to learn to stop being upset sejak their komen-komen and realize that whatever they say is probably a lie.

5)If anda know why they hate you, be mature and apologize if it was your fault. Holding grudges against people and not apologizing can sometimes seem like the reasonable thing to do but in the end, if its your fault, only anda can fix it. Apologize to them seriously, and if they don’t accept it, there isn’t much lebih anda can do than ignore them.

6)Show them respect as anda tunjuk to your friends; when they need help, help them. This will tunjuk them that anda are friendly and kind. Give them compliments and try not to sound hurtful, don't judge them if they say bad stuff back. And if these things don't work out, just tell your Friends and they can cool anda down, and take a deep breath and try again. Never be offended, but if did, try not to loose control. "Control" is important, when things gets messed up, control yourself, atau make excuses to get out of the situation instead of loosing your mind trying to settle things.

7)If anda follow the last piece of Nasihat with people who are purportedly hostile, anda are a fool and only contribute to them taking advantage of your kindness. Do not give enemies one ounce of your energy. sejak helping anyone, especially enemies, anda may be giving something to someone who doesn't "deserve" it karmically. Your best bet is to ground out their energy (return it to Earth/heaven/God/etc) and forget about it. Don't worry- they will get exactly what they deserve that way. ;-)

8)Never try to hurt them when they are being mean.
When anda talk to them, think before anda talk.
They are only ememies and only do that to gain attention.
Never be scared of them.
Don't back talk to them.
