This artikel might be perceived as boring for some, but I thought I might share my thoughts about what might happen in The Mark of Athena.
First of all, I would like to focus on how Rick Riordan has changed how he writes.
He has taken into account that his readers have grown up a bit.
So now, there are some dark angles to the plot.
For example, Hazel's story with her mother and Gaia. Suicide to protect the world.
Leo watched his mother die, which was the result of murder.
Octavian stabbed a fellow Roman, and killed her.
Medea's back-story.
Well, anda get the idea.
So, I think there will be some horrid moments in the seterusnya book, but hopefully not that many.
I think, in the seterusnya book(s), there might be a few deaths of people we possibly like.
Also, if anda did not notice, the villains are lebih twisted. Gaia is much lebih evil than Kronos could ever dream of being.
The Titans and the Giants are like innocent Bayi compared to Gaia.
That is evil.
Octavian is also much lebih dark and creepy than sebelumnya characters.
Does this mean that the plots will be much, much deeper than we think?
Probably.
Rick also loves, Cinta triangles.
Jason, Reyna, Piper.
Hazel, Frank, Leo.
People would argue about Leo being included, but why would Rick make him resemble Sammy so much?
Because he wants to mess with us.
I predict some serious Cinta problems...
On a completely different matter, Jason.
Some say he is too perfect and could have evil intentions. No.
If anda didn't take Ricks hints, anda haven't realized that Jason and Percy are supposed to be alike.
Jason is the Roman version of Percy.
Rome had to have it's own Percy Jackson, right?
So, I think Percy and Jason will either be great friends, worst enemies, atau just not sure.
That's kinda what Annabeth had berkata about Thalia and Percy, minus the last part.
It'll be interesting to find out.
Annabeth.
I thought the reunion would make everything normal again.
Now, I'm not sure.
I mean, Hera foretold that Annabeth was going to make problematic decisions (remember Janus?).
Will this be because of Athena's influence, ("Avenge me")?
We can't be sure.
I can't help feeling, even though I think Annabeth is great, I might start to hate her a bit in the seterusnya book.
Probably only that book though.
Percabeth lovers, prepare yourself, because I think Percy and Annabeth's Cinta life is going to become a rollercoaster.
Percy has already been thinking about their future, when he saw New Rome.
Hopefully, things will be alright later, but I do expect some sad moments.
Now, to make matters worse, Rick tweeted that Penulisan one of the scenes made him a bit "teary-eyed".
What is that supposed to mean?!
As if anda weren't already playing with our fragile emotions. Now anda want to make us cry?! *Sobs*
Anyway... I think the scene is emotional (duh!).
It could actually be happy, could be sad, devestating... heartbreaking... a death... *Cries louder*
Yeah... so, Percy and Annabeth won't be the only ones riding a rollercoaster.
Be ready for your own 'emotional' rollercoaster.
...and to bahagian, atas ^that off, Rick is going to leave his characters in imminent danger.
"The true defenition of a Cliffhanger".
Yeah right.
Rick actually means that he's going to leave us in imminent danger...
...of dying when we read the ending and try to wait for the seterusnya book.
Yay.
Athena.
Will she be a loser?
Will she be awesome?
Is 'avenging' herself really neccassary?
Only time will tell.
Nemesis.
Why are anda so strange, and why are we going to meet you?
Are anda going to be mean to Annabeth?
Are anda going to help Athena atau Hera?
Are anda evil?
Do anda like cheese?
Again, only time will tell.
I am scared of whats to come. *Scared face*
Why will the Greeks and Romans fight?
Will it be because of leadership problems, trust, pride?
What is the Mark of Athena?
A blessing, Magical Owl, Coin, some other stuff?
What will happen in The Mark of Athena?
Betrayal, Revenge, Conflict, Death, Heartbreak, Tradegy, Love?
Why so many questions?

Okay let's deal with it. Jason Grace is a completely fictional character, made in The Lost Hero sejak Rick Riordan to introduce us to the Roman aspect in this fictional world.
That's just it, he's fictional.
It's not really worth to get worked up over some blonde boy who saves the world and is similar to Percy. I do not dislike him; I think he's OK, but arguing about who's better will just cause lebih conflict.
Simply put, he's FICTIONAL. He's not real, although he may be in our imaginations. Some people may dislike him strongly; I do too, but seriously there's no point arguing over him.
On a happier note, I HATE EXAMS
