Why should I be Team Stelena atau Team Dalena?

Personally I am a Damon/Elena shipper til I die - I think they belong together in every sense of the word and I can offer anda my own reasons for adoring this pairing (be prepared for an essay though lol) but in the end it’s only anda who can feel what’s there between them.

This is so long-winded that there are two parts. Lol. Sorry in advance! :P

1) I find that Damon and Elena are the only two people that TRULY understand each other. They are always instantly able to read into what is going on inside of the other and sometimes within only a few minit of talking when it goes completely unnoticed sejak others. There are numerous examples but one is in 1x03 during the dapur scene when Damon recognizes that Elena was "miserable" when she was 'cheer-leading' and she, in return, can instantly see that Katherine meant something to him "You Lost her too." It just shows how well they can read each other from very few words being spoken. To me, understanding someone else so completely is one of most important things in a ship.

2) Damon only drops his act for Elena. She is the first girl and ONLY one who has been able to reach him after 145 years of "pining" after Katherine. (1x14 "I wanted it to be real.") Elena is what makes him want to try again. Period. Because of who he is (his struggles with his father/betrayals etc), Damon finds it lebih difficult to get close to someone but I Cinta that Elena is the only one that sees through his mask for the person he is inside and calls attention regularly to that glimmer of good that she can see so vividly even when he tries to hide it. Simply put, she cuts through his crap and pulls him on that much further in everything he does. (1x11: "It's a nice act. Is any of it real?"; 1x14 "Why didn't anda use your compulsion on me?" "Who's to say I didn't?" "You didn't. I know anda didn't." )

3) Similar to 2 but I find DE don't pretend to be anything they are not when they are together. I really find Elena isn't her true self with Stefan - in a way, I think she is (subconsciously) using Stefan as a stepping stone after having gone through the traumatic experience of having her parents die. He is something comforting to her right now as she slowly realizes the person she used to be through her interactions with Damon. I do think she loves Stefan but he is something that she will grow out of as Damon's personality allows her to find the legs she needs back. He makes her come alive again, meets her match for match and makes her stand up for what she believes in whereas I think Stefan is content to let her say/do whatever she wants and he will comply. Stefan treats her as this breakable precious prize he has won whereas Damon sees Elena for just the girl she is. He may fight with her and he may do things that upset her sometimes but at the end of the day, he loves her for just her, flaws and all. And vice versa with her to him.

It's completely your decision to like whom ever, me personally I'm a Bamon/Stelena shipper all the way!!! Stefan and Elena are soulmates, risked everything for unconditional Cinta and they understand one another on a level that I think Damon can't touch!!!! Bonnie is exactly the kind of girl Damon needs, she's cool, she's pretty and she's a tough witch!!! The fact that Damon wants Elena is all on the result of his Kathrine obsession and because she's his brother's girlfriend!!! So thats my reason for shipping Bamon and Stelena!!!:D

Personally,I'm same as you,I Cinta Delena and Stelena and Bamon too.
some say it's weird,choose choose,but I like to keep my options open
some say,it'll be easier for someone like me,who ships 3 pairs,because in the end it wont matter who chooses who,and I say that that's not like that,I think for me,it'll be double harder,because no matter who ends up with who,one side will be hurt,and since I Cinta all 4 of them,I can't get out of it,but feel sorry for the person that lost,you know what I mean?
I say,don't choose a side,you can ship who ever anda want,I hate triangles so that's why I Cinta so many "couples",because in the end,someone gets hurt :'(

personally I think it's fine that anda like her with both of them. That just means your not going to be disappointed with whoever she chooses. I envy anda because i'm going to be so upset if she doesn't pick Damon.
My reasons
Damon and Elena are just a lebih interesting couple to me then Stefan and Elena.
Stefan and Elena are boring while Damon and Elena are hot and exciting.
In the buku I believe their personalities fit better. Elena can walk all over Stefan.

These are things I can think of off the bahagian, atas of my head, I'm sure I could come up with lebih if I thought about it longer.

IMO I can't tell anda which side anda should be on because that's something anda need to feel, I don't think there's nothing we can tell anda that makes anda change your mind, because everyone sees different, I can see huge amount of chemistry in my ship that others may not so if anda like both couples that's great! Why choose? =)!

It's YOUR decision really. But if anda ask me, I would choose Delena because I don't like Stephen's personality.

I'd rather Elena be with someone who's honest and who is himself rather than someone who tries to pretend that he's perfect and makes decision for her.

Damon may kill innocent people, but he wouldn't be like this if it wasn't for Stephen's and Katherine's betrayal. And then here he is, taking all the crap from Stephen about how he's mean and everything while Stephen gets to be the perfect gentleman- that just really pisses me off.
Yet when Stephen is in trouble (or people around him, ie. Elena)- he's always there to help as much as he tries to deny it. If anda compare this to the time when Stephen lied to Damon that he's going to help her and then go around telling everyone else that he has this under control, he wishes Damon leaves and blah blah blah (ew give me a break...)-that was just cruel.

So to me I think Damon's actions are justified, not that it makes it acceptable, but I understand his actions; whereas Stephen just makes me a little mad. He's trying to be the hero and almost cast everything bad on Damon when he's the one who caused everything.

and the final and most obvious reason- he's SO MUCH hotter than Stephen =D

anda SHOULD JUST KNOW.... LIKE ME SINCE THE MOMENT I SAW DAMON AND ELENA TOGETHER I ALREADY KNEW I Cinta THEM... anda DON'T ASK PEOPLE WHY? anda JUST KNOW...

STELENA ALL THE WAY!!!!!! THEY'RE GORG!!! I mean the minit I saw them, like just with seeing them together I know that they're perfect, stefan and elena represents what Cinta really is. Damon and elena is too sweaty anda know....besides damon kisses everyone but stefan, always one and only, Elena. anda don't have any explanation when anda can see its chemistry.

I feel that Stelena happened too fast and that Damon and Elena need each other. Also, Damon has too bunch sadness in his life and Elena makes him forget all that crap. Stefan is also really boring. Any one else agree???

Damon because he has had his hati, tengah-tengah thrown in his face sejak Katherine before, and the only way he knows to block out all the heartbreak is to switch out his humanity, kill people and compell other people to Cinta and distract him. Elena has feelings for Stefan but I think that Stefan is Berlakon like someone else, for example, remember in seson 2 atau 3 when Klaus ajnd Stefan went on a journey to be evil vampires. Stefan repeatedly berkata he didnt want Elena to sve him hile Damon was there to comfort her. Damon needs a break because he has suffered so much pain, he didnt even want to be a vampire and hates his bother for good reason. i dont really mind if anda do chose team Stelena, but Damon really loves Elena and i dont know how anda could miss that.

anda know, I am not SE atau DE. Only the thing I want is that Elena should be Friends with both of them. Cinta is not necessary in every story. Well right now she has loved both of them so from now on when she already completed her desire for loving both of them, she should start over as friends. Like that there will be no fight between Damon and Stefan and Elena can also be a little airheaded. In vampire diares I only am team Defan and Team Stamon. Nothing else is lebih important to me than that friendship and brothership of those to brothers. :) <3

Elena should be with Stefan because they're Cinta is pure. But not only is it pure, it's everything that Damon and Elena's relationship is as well. Delena is hot and exciting and that is absolutely amazing until it comes to who that person is becoming. Damon makes Elena a bad person while Stefan lifts Elena up and makes her who she really is. Stefan isn't boring, he is lost. He has been Lost since Elena started her relationship with Damon. When Elena first talked to Stefan there was instantly a connection that couldn't be broken. Stefan and Elena will always have that connection. They still have it even when Elena is in Cinta with Damon. I believe Stelena will reappear. And it will be stronger than ever. Stefan is always there to save Elena, because he still loves her. He chooses what she wants even if it puts her in danger, like he saved Matt from drowning before saving her. Which in turn she became a Vampire. He lets her think for herself. Stefan knows she can hold her own, but still puts her over anything. Elena never gives up on Stefan either, when he was locked in the chest drowning over and over again she could sense there was something wrong when everyone thought he had just left. Elena pushed Damon to look for him just like when Stefan left with Klaus and brought out his ripper side to protect Elena. Elena NEVER gave up on Stefan. She looked for him for months on months and risked her life numerous amounts of times to save him. While after only 4 months of Damon being gone Elena gave up and compelled herself to forget about loving him. Stefan offered to give himself to Klaus for him to die just to save Elena when they were trying to break the Sun and Moon curse. When Elena turned into a Vampire, she had the choice to go back to either Stefan atau Damon and she chose Stefan and her words were "i Cinta him damon, he came into my life when i needed someone and i fell for him instantly. no matter what i feel for anda i never unfall for him" She never unfalls for Stefan, even when Damon dies. There is always a gleam of Cinta for Stefan. Always. Thats why Stelena is forever. Because their Cinta will gleam through everything.

Team Delena- simply because anda won't understand the direction of the tunjuk otherwise.
Oh, and don't let anyone (including the show) fool anda into thinking Stelena are pure- saying there is such a thing as pure Cinta on TVD is almost like saying there is such a thing on GoT.
SE have their faults, like all the couples in the show, including DE. The main difference is that Stelena weren't able to deal with their problems, so they pushed them under the rug, and acted like a perfect and pure couple. That's what ultimately led to their downfall.
