Layla's Redesign

KataraLover Today I wasn't feeling very well, so I stayed home from work. Fortunately, it gave me the time to work on my redesign of Layla (I REFUSE to call her Aisha because I grew up calling her Layla), who is my absolute favorite of the Winx Club members. This made me really excited to work on her. I used Korra's body from The Legend of Korra because she is sporty and her powers are water, so it makes sense for her to have muscles and toned abs. She's still gorgeous and I ADORE the way she turned out. Just because a female has muscle tone doesn't make her any less beautiful or desirable. I used Kida's (Atlantis: The Lost Empire) face, Tiana's (The Princess and the Frog) lips, and a combination of both characters noses. I imagine her being the tallest one of the group. I also changed the color of her outfit to blue, aqua to be specific, because it makes more sense for that to be the color of her outfit than green because her powers are related to the ocean. True, in a lot of her later transformations this color would be used in her outfits, but I feel like blue suits her better than it does Bloom. The only character I love more than Layla is Icy, who I am also super excited to do after I'm finished with the Winx Club girls. Magical flowers! Digital powers! Rhythms and tunes!
