It was the last hari of school. I put on my splatter-painted black tee, white footless tights, a blue plaid skirt, and my multicolored converse. I went to the mirror in my bathroom. I looked at myseelf in the mirror, touching my three lower lip piercings. I smiled at myself, scence it was the last hari of my junior tahun in high school. Molly yelled "C'mon, Dawn. You'll mis your last hari at school!" I lived in a foster home, and Molly was the housemother. I grabed my pelangi, rainbow skateboard, and rushed to the kitchen, ate my egg as fast as I could, grabed my lunch, and skateboarded to school. I got there in about ten minuetes. The stupid cheerleaders were talking about lip gloss atau whatever, and my friends, Shock and Vee, were waiting for me near the entrence. I knew Shock was exited, scence he was going to be a part of the big prank some people were gonna play on the principal.
Vee decided to talk to me."Hey, Dawn. Aren't anda exited to go on Total Drama Cruiseline?"
I replied: "Happy but sad. anda know, my parents died on a boat, right?"
"Oh. Sorry. But I'm exited for you! Who do anda want to meet the most?"
"Gwen, I guess. She's alot like me. The guy I want to meet the most is..."
"Dunncan? He's like you,too."
"No, I don't bully nerds. I'd like to meet Cody. He's pretty cool."
"Okay!"
We were walking meanwhile we were talking, so I was near this guy who has a crush on me. What bothered me about him is that he was the captin of the football team. I didn't like him, but before I decided to tell him that, he approached me before I could even think.
"Dawn, do anda want to be my tarikh for the pool trip?"
Ah, the pool trip. It's been a tradition to go to a country club every last hari of school. I was coming, but not with him.
"Sorry. I hate you, so shut your mouth and stop talking about crap no one cares about." I kicked him in the nuts, and walked on. After school,(it was a long day) I went utama with Vee and Saku, a japanese girl who imigrated a few months ago. Molly, the housemother, wasn't home, but Don, the housefather, was. Don gave us whole grain beras and kambing, daging biri-biri from last night to eat. Don was Molly's husband. He was bald and has a black-greyish beard. Before I could say a word,Saku spoke to me. I looked at her blue hair, because her glasses bothered me.
"So, I hear you're going to be on a reality show. What is it called?"
"First of all, take off your glasses."
I didn't want to talk about the show.
"Oh these, they're fake."
"Take them off."
"Okay. But what is the tunjuk called?"
She took off the glasses, so it was easier for me to talk to her.
"Total Drama Cruiseline. I'll be on the ship seterusnya week."
Don interupted us
"She wants to tunjuk orphans that they can be winners, too."
"Mr.Smith, we need to go now. Lexi will be picking us up soon."
Thanks, Vee. anda saved me!
"Okay, then. Don't forget your swimsuits!"
"Don, we have them."
For the last time!
"Okay then, bye girls!
"See ya."
We rushed out of the door to Lexi's mom's blue convertible, and unfortunetly, they talked about Total Drama Cruiseline.
We got there in thirty short minutes. As I was headed for the skateboarding ramp,the cheerleaders were heading for me.
"Kelsi,Ashely,Sarah, what did I tell anda about personal space?"
Get the hell out of my face, okay?
"Sorry,Dawn. We just met someone who's gonna be on the cruise with you!"

"Meet..."

"Meet Bridgett!"
Damn it!
"Hey, I'm Bridgett. Youe the new one, right?
"Yeah, I'm Dawn. You're the old one, right?"
"Dawn, you're hilarious! Can anda surf?"
"Nah, I skateboard. Maybe anda can have makan malam, majlis makan malam with my Friends and me."
"Sure!"
"Kay, see anda near the vending machine."
"See ya!"
I headed twoard the changing room and changed into my graphic tee and long-sleeved plaid shirt, and light jeans. (aka, my skating outfit.)
Everyone was at the red ramp, so I had my kegemaran ramp, the green ramp, all to myself. About two hours later, I finished skating, and Bridgette was waving to me from the vending machine, with my Friends seterusnya to her. I took my skateboard and took my pads off and ran to Bridgette, Saku, Vee, Lexie, and someone in my bioligy class.
"Hey,Dawn. I met your Friends at the beach. This is Geoff, he's gonna be on the ship, too. Dawn, Geoff. Geoff,Dawn."
"I know who he is!"
He looks so different without makeup.
"I got some bawang rings for you. Let's eat."
"I'm alergic to onions."
Thanks a lot, Saku.
"Don't worry, They have hamburgers here."
"Okay!"
We grabed our Makanan and went to the beach. Vee and Bridgette set up a blanket, and Geoff set up the mini grill (yes, the Makanan was frozen.)
I changed into my blood red and black bikini, and we ate.Vee managed to start a conversation.
"So, why are anda guys here? I thought anda lived in California.
"We do. But Chris sent Geoff,Cody,and myself to come greet Dawn."
"But wheres Cody?..."
Before I managed to finish what I was saying, A figure in a blue baju renang ran to the blanket. Cody.
"Hey! Sorry I'm late. My flight got delayed. So where's the newbie?"
No one calls me newbie!
"The one with the piercings."
Good description, Geoff.
"Oh, is that the newbie?"
"No, not earings! Three lip rings!"
Geoff is like some kind of dummy.
"Oh Hey,What's your name?"
"Dawn. And don't act like a kindergarden teacher with me."
"Okay."
So, fireworks blew up in the sky, and I went home, and Bridgette slept over for the week scence she wanted to stay.
