Jazz always makes me laugh because of an inside joke with a friend, but the nicknames kind of just came out of nowhere...One minute they're not there, and then BAM! there they are. I often wonder if Stephenie had been calling them that in her head for a while and just had forgotten to write it in or something...I don't know. I just know I'm not wholly opposed to them, nor completely for them either.

I'll just copy my comment on this from the Cullen Boys spot:
"I thought they sounded stupid, personally. They were really out of character, I found.
And it didn't help that every time Edward would say "Jazz" I would get this voice in my head saying "Jaaazz" (like a "jazzy" way of saying "Jazz"). That was annoying, to say the least."
