Not really. It's weird to explain but she loves them for different reasons. As all human beings love the people around them. Jacob is her best friend and like Edward mentions Jacob left scars on Bella which will always be scars no matter what happens. But they will heal and Bella knew that she couldnt live without Edward and she chose him.
