Help for a novel! (Urgent HELP!!!)

I think World War Two, but that can also be hard cause its easy to forget that they didnt have a lot of stuff we do now atau anda could do present day. But what kind of Cinta story anda going for? Like the classic Cinta tale? Cause then WWII definitely but if anda want a modern thing with so much stuff happening its hard to believe its not real? then present day. But what else is going on with the story? Do anda have some kind of plotline atau anything a little lebih information might allow me to answer anda better.
