“Becca! Wait up!”
Becca stopped in her tracks and waited for Willow to catch up. Her hands were balled into tight fists and she looked ready to hit someone. Willow grabbed her elbow and looked at her friend.
“Becca...stop...”
“Stop what?!” Becca exclaimed. “Stop trying to find Young Justice? NO!”
“No Becca. Stop blaming yourself.”
“Why not?! I did this!”
“No! anda did what had to be done. anda risked a lot sejak leaving them. anda risked a lot going into Arkham Asylum. anda do what needs to be done. What others could never do. anda are a hero!”
Becca looked at Willow over her shoulder. Willow was surprised sejak the tears in her friend's eyes. Becca was a fighter, not a crier. Willow held her breath as Becca spoke.
:I don't see how anda can call me that. I have blood on my hands. I've done horrible things. I've seen things no normal human should. I live in a world that could never understand me. And anda can still call me a hero?”
“Yes. No matter what has happened, what is happening, what will happen...Becca, anda are a hero. anda live your life with dedication. I've never seen someone like anda before.”
Becca froze for a minute. With a pantas, swift turn, Becca was crying in Willow's arms.
“Why are anda so good to me? Even with all that we've been through you're still so caring for me! Even knowing my past stains anda care. Why?”
“Because the past stains are being cleansed sejak the acts you're doing now. You've saved Young Justice a million times. You've helped them out in toms of missions. I have faith that anda can do it again.”

No matter which way anda looked at it, anda could say one thing for the team. Young Justice was stuck. They couldn't escape in fear that Robin might die. They couldn't mind link without giving something away. The guards standing sejak were already suspicious. And if they got to the new base, they would all end up in the same kind of treatment as last time. They were in between a rock and a hard place. A really hard rock and a deadly hard place. The car slowed to a stop and they were roughly pushed out. Death was already waiting, Robin in her grasp.
“Come see your new home,” she sneered.
They followed her as directed. They were lead to a huge room. It looked like a storage room, perhaps a laboratory. In the back was a small alcove. They motioned towards it.
“Get on the tables,” Death ordered.
Once again, they obeyed. Andrew came, inserting the needles and strapping them down.
“Sleep well children. We'll see anda later.”
The liquids flowing inside began to take effect. One sejak one, they fell away. Robin watched, feeling helpless. When they were all under, Death prepared him.
“Do not worry about your friends. Everything being done will be destroyed. I guarantee.”
“Why are anda telling me this?” he whispered.
“Andrew and I are undercover. We work for a higher authority. But anda need not worry. This nightmare will not last much longer.”
As the fluids started to take effect, Robin had one last conscious thought. I don't know whether to trust her atau not. Everything feels wrong. I just hope that everything will be okay.
