The four sat under the shade of a tree, the sound of water not far off. Willow and Becca had both packed a lunch of as many sandwiches, fruit, vegetables, and drinks as they could. Both knew Wally's appetite and neither were too keen to have the older boy complain. So they had stocked up with a bunch of Makanan that would, hopefully, keep Wally full until they got back to the castle. As well as the healthy food, they had brought a special treat. Willow had packed a velvet red cake to share with Wally while Becca had brought a smaller devil's Makanan cake to share with Robin. Since they were outside of the istana, castle walls, Luna had accompanied them with three of her companions. They stood watch of the two couples, hidden where no one could see them.
“This is wonderful,” Willow sighed as she leaned against Wally.
He looked down at her lovingly and smiled.
“Mhmhm,” Becca agreed, craning her neck as the wind blew around them.
“We should do this when we get back.”
“Speaking of which, when are we leaving?” Wally asked.
Becca stiffened and felt her whole body grow cold. She still hadn't decided how long she planned to stay. But what could she do? Everything was too jumbled for her to think clearly and Becca couldn't ever lie to them. Unless it was life atau death. This, however, was not the case.
“Whenever we decide to,” Robin answered, coming to her rescue.
Becca glanced over at him. He was wearing his shades but at the angle she was in, she could see his eyes perfectly. They were tender and loving as they stared back at her. She shot him a grateful smile and relaxed once more. She sat with her legs crossed and Robin decided to lay with his head on her lap. He touched a hand to her cheek and she smiled down at him. The four sat in comfortable silence as the world around them was clear and bright with life.

The sun was starting to set as the four made their way back towards the castle. It was at a slow, lazy pace and none of them really cared. As they entered the gates, a shadowy figure caught Becca's eyes, Telling the others to go on without her, she followed the shadow into the gardens and was led further away from the castle. She tugged a black rose free from it's stem and continued on her way. Becca was getting suspicious, but her curiosity out ruled her quick and thoughtful judgment. She wished she had followed her good sense, however, when a sharp pain hit her as she turned the corner. Looking down, Becca saw the dagger forced into her stomach. Looking up, she saw a face that had filled her with hatred. Now, it filled her with despair and fear.
“Anton,” she whispered.
Her father pulled the dagger from her flesh and Becca gasped with the pain. Blood flowed out of her, covering her legs and sides. She blinked hard, the tears already forming. Anton blasted her with a wave of dark magic and she fell on er back. She stumbled to her legs, only to be propelled backwards sejak yet another painful wave of his black magic. Again and again this happened, till she was nearly faint with exhaustion and lack of blood. In a final attempt, she used all her strength to block his last attempt, firing it back at him. She watched as he was disintegrated. Her hati, tengah-tengah rose a little and Becca stumbled back into the gaze of the istana, castle workers. A shout rang out as she stepped into the light. Becca fell to the ground with no strength to move. The darkness covered her but before she blacked out, she had one last though. This time, I know I'm dying...
