“So anda agree then?”
Brown eyes looked away and instead focused on the pavement. The rain was pouring down, every drop drenching her fabric and hair. There was nothing humorous involved. Nothing about this was funny; nothing. But Becca understood. She knew far too well that things had been rather… tense between them lately. Still, there was a part of her that felt purely terrified of the thought that they were not going to be… to be this close to one another. Sure, Dick had berkata quite clearly that if there was one thing he always wanted it was to be Becca's friend. Never would the Boy Wonder shun her; never would they ever break their friendship.
However, Becca had now realized that whoever claimed that falling in Cinta with your best friend was a bad alih was absolutely, completely, 100% right. Now she was currently standing here, knowing Dick was so very close, but also knowing that their relationship could just not go on like this. Not in a romantic way. She knew that loving Dick as lebih than a friend was just one, big mistake.
Their eyes met again and Becca forced a smile.
“You're right. Things… just aren't the same anymore.”
But… should we really just end it here? Just like that?
“I know but I think it'll be good. For the both of us, I mean.”
If we don't… it'll only get worse. Can't anda understand that?
“This won't ruin anything between us, right?” Becca asked, her eyes darting away from Dick's once again. “I-I don't want us to not...act like we did before this whole… romance… thing.”
You know I can't stand not being close to you. anda know I will miss anda too much.
“Of course not, Becca. Come on we'll always be together! Maybe not as, anda know…” Dick trailed off and scratched his neck, removing his blue eyes from Becca's small frame. “… boyfriend/girlfriend. But as friends, we'll always be together. No doubt about it. I promise.”
I wouldn't be able to be without anda either. Never.
With a deep, reluctant sigh, Becca walked up and cupped each of Dick's cheeks tenderly. She looked up at the older boy. Her thoughts wandered back to the days of blissful love. Ones that had warmed her hati, tengah-tengah and sent her dizzy with passion. Ones that made her feel like flying and dancing. Ones she would never feel again. Becca quickly regained focus. She leaned up and placed her lips onto Dick's. The feeling put into it made her want to cry; because it wasn't the good ones. It wasn't of the sort that made her giddy and helplessly affectionate. The ones that made her hati, tengah-tengah soar into his.
It was a farewell kiss. The kind that left one heartbroken.

Eyes of Artemis
Dick’s POV:
He let a small laugh escape through his mouth. He knew it was Artemis and maybe she knew he was Robin. But it was a tiny chance he looked at her, standing in the crowd talking to Rachel a senior year. He smiled. Artemis was in good hands.
Artemis POV:
“Thanks” She putted the papers in her bag. “tomorrow a need them back so don’t forget them.” “Got it.” Artemis answered. Rachel started to talk “Well, let’s start then, We are now in the hall of the Gotham academy.” Artemis looked around, everybody was to their lessons except a few. The hall itself was made of grey, silvery stone. The dinding reflected the blue sky and she thought of the strange boy. “Are anda coming atau not?” Rachel stood in the giant stanchion. “I’m coming.” As she walked to Rachel remembering the mysterious laugh.
