“Are anda sure anda want to give her that?” Willow asked, eyeing her sister who was examining the drink she'd been handed.
“Yes. She'll have fun this way and anda and I will get some amusement. Go ahead Becca. Take a sip.”
Becca eyed Billy before cautiously taking a small sip. Her face lit up and she drank the whole thing.
“What was that?” Willow asked.
“Double Chocolate chip frappuccino.”
“Chocolate AND coffee?!”
“Yep.”
Willow looked at Billy incredulously.
“Becca is going to be such a handful now! She'll go nuts!”
“On the bright side, the fact that she thinks she can catch that tupai is amusing.”
Willow turned around and immediately had to hold back her laughter. Becca was climbing a tree, trying to catch the tupai she'd seen. What made it funny was that Becca seemed to forget about her acrobatic skill and was failing to climb the tree.
“Billy! That's not funny!”
“You're right Willow. It's hilarious!”
Willow smothered her laughter as Becca, who'd finally gotten into the tree, fell out of it and chased another squirrel.
“Billy...we have to stop her! She'll never catch that squirrel. And I think she's starting to freak people out.”
“Alright. Becca!”
berkata girl looked for who had called her name. When she saw them, her face lit up and she came to them like a anjing, anak anjing dog. But she also jumped into Willow's arms, causing the two to fall over.
“Ow! Becca!”
“Sorry Willow! I didn't to!”
“It's alright. Just get off me!”
Becca jumped up, waiting like an impatient anjing, anak anjing while Willow got up.
“What are we going to do now?” Becca asked.
“We could go for a walk,” Billy suggested. “Get rid of her energy.”
“Let's do it,” Willow said.
Billy took her hand, leading her towards a park. Becca followed, attempting to catch a butterfly. When her eyes landed on a cricket, Becca jumped, trying to catch that instead. She followed it until Willow called her back. Becca ran over to them and then ahead, cartwheeling.
“She'll be tired tonight,” Willow commented.
“That was the plan.”
“She's so naive sometimes. I wish I could fix that.”
“She isn't broken, Willow. anda don't need to fix what isn't broken.”
“I guess you're right. I just Cinta her so much.”
“Of course anda do. Becca's your sister. I'd be surprised if anda didn't Cinta her. She's so protective of you.”
“Yeah.”
“No I mean she really is. A few days after anda and Artemis got the antidote, Becca found me. She interrogated me on anything! She did a background search, looked in my house, and searched everything on me! She even tested my skills for five hours! I was sore for a month!”
“Becca is quite the guardian.”
“You're lucky to have her Willow. Most people don't get that kind of love.”
“You know this how?”
“I was abandoned in the streets.”
“Oh Billy!”
“It's okay Willow. anda just have to wonder what it's like to have someone who loves anda so much they'd act like part of the Mafia.”
“Do anda have someone like that?”
“No. But I'll keep waiting. Maybe I'll find that person.”
“I hope anda do.”
“Thanks. And I honestly hope anda find that One. You've been broken. But the fixing takes time. Just hold out for that hero. Even if it isn't Wally. Even if it isn't me. Just hold on.”
Willow stopped, looking Billy in the eye.
“I will Billy. Thank you.”
