History:Growing up in the circus, Devin was always dreamed of flying. Her dreams became reality when Devin died at the age of fifteen. She became an angel, looking after her own family. She was later stripped of her wings and turned into a Dark Angel. She was taken in sejak a demon, who trained her in all forms of combat and magic. Devin became a spy, working to gain her real wings back. When she was pitted against Young Justice, Devin turned against her master, protecting her brother Robin. She received her white wings, traveling to help those who needed her. Devin later came back and joined Female Justice after helping Becca Stevens locate the original Young Justice. When the team disbanded, Devin joined Young Justice, but soon left to do her own thing. She is currently part of a traveling flock.
Notes:Devin has traveled and became an expert on languages. She can understand any tongue, whether alien atau not. She has also been cursed with black wings in her hero form. Devin has learned to live with hardships, making her a strong ally. Despite her sweet and calm nature, Devin has a sharp temper that she will use to her benefit.
