Devin flew through the sky. The stormy clouds didn't bother her; they matched how she felt. She flew lower as she approached open land rather then the forest she'd been flying over. She saw a girl with black hair and flew down, scooped the girl up, and flew higher in the sky.
“Wah! Devin!”
“Sorry Becca. I didn't want to land.”
“It's okay Dev. Where are we going?”
“My kegemaran place here.”
“Which is....?”
Devin smiled a little.
“The mountains. I go there to think, cry, sometimes both.”
“Ah the mountains of depression. Yeah I've heard of them. The people who go there are so upset their zombies. May explain why the squirrels there are stupid.”
Devin laughed a little. She could always count on Becca when she needed a laugh. Devin soon landed, placing Becca on the ground. The wind was cold, but Devin didn't stay put long. She walked deeper into the woods until she came to a small cabin. She ushered Becca inside and closed the door.
“Nice place Devin.”
“Thank you. Can anda start a fire?”
“Yeah.”
Devin moved to another room and pulled a piece of paper from a thin book. Se went back to where Becca was sitting on a small Cinta seat. Devin sat seterusnya to her and Becca turned her gaze from the fire.
“What's that?” Becca asked.
“My last words to you. But anda can't let anyone know! anda can't! Especially not Fang!”
“It's okay Dev. Not a single person will know. Only me.”
Devin sighed.
“It was originally for Fang, huh?” Becca asked.
Devin nodded a little, a few tears escaping her eyes. She blinked and unfolded her paper.
“It's called Scars.”
“It's a poem?” Becca asked.
“Kinda.”
“Okay. Go ahead.”
Devin took a deep breath before reading.
“I tear my hati, tengah-tengah open, I sew myself shut. My weakness is that I care too much. My scars remind me that the past is real.” Devin pause for minute. “I tear my hati, tengah-tengah open just to feel.”
Devin looked up to find Becca in tears. Devin's own tears fell and the Angel looked away.
“Oh Devin...”
“I know. Bidadari shouldn't feel this way. But I do.”
“Devin. You're a fallen angel.”
Devin shook her head.
“No. I'm not with the demons.”
“Devin, fallen doesn't always mean sent to Hell.”
Devin was sobbing now and put her head in Becca's lap. Becca covered her and Devin felt tears on her back. Her wings sagged and she tried to ignore the pain.
“I tried so hard, but I couldn't help it. I can't stand it Becca.”
“Devin, your situation is so sad. Sometimes this happens.”
“Becca...what happens when he's your prince charming...but anda aren't his Cinderella?”
Becca sobbed now. After all her friend had been through, Devin couldn't go on. The Angel sat up again, wiping away her tears.
“I'm gonna miss anda Dev.”
“I Cinta anda Becca.”
“I Cinta anda too!”
Devin picked up her little bag and looked at Becca. The girl was still crying and Devin wanted to stay. But if she did, her hati, tengah-tengah would only break. She hugged her friend, trying not to cry.
“Devin, anda know where to find me.”
“Yes. And I'll keep anda updated.”
Becca nodded and pulled away, trying to control herself.
“I don't want anda to go, Dev.”
“Come with me, Becca. We could go so many places!”
“Devin...”
“I know. I'm sorry. I'll talk with anda later Becca.”
“I Cinta you!”
Devin kissed Becca's forehead before spreading her wings and flying away.

If anda want me to write a short (between 3 and 8 chapters long) fanfic with your characters, please message me your character and (if anda want) an idea about the story.
Thanks!
