It seems that they had a need for him. He probably helped the league of shadows. This would explain why he would have psimon and Klarion protecting his base”.
“What about the missing scientists?” Wally asked.
“For revenge, His classmates were the ones that shut his company down, which would explain why his experiments are hidden in the woods”. Artemis explained.
