I remember that usually there's enough to justify my keeping on in the end. Whether it be simple pleasures atau looking ke hadapan to certain events, no matter how drastic atau little, all I need is the fuel to keep my api, kebakaran going. It's difficult and nigh-impossible to maintain optimism at a constant level, but if anda engage yourself in the world that anda want to be a part of, then go for it. If anda have anything to look ke hadapan to, even better.

I can get really off my rocker at times honestly, but I manage a lot of the time and have gotten a lot better at it.

But usually when life is crazy, I resort to gaming, music, writing, obsessing over characters, and just retreating to somewhere less stressful until I feel Im capable of properly handling it and finding a good solution to it. Either that atau wait till I can get to my seterusnya therapy session so my therapist can "reset me" as I like to think of it.

Cos sometimes I kinda just get stuck in a Frozen state where Im constantly locked in the "coping / calming" down phase and cant get it to doing things productive until someone manages to talk to me about my issues in a way that my mind feels freed and emptied again.

Plus I firmly hold on to the faith, belief, and idea that time will pass no matter what. So even if its crazy, torturous, horrible, and anda cant keep up with it, time will push past it anyways. The shit will end eventually, maybe youll fail and walk out with wounds and/or punishments atau maybe youll somehow manage to pull it together to walk out woundless, but time continues. Youll get freedom and relief from whatever current craziness comes usually within a week atau so of whatever occurs

So if I find I cant do anything to fix it atau I cant get myself to do what I have to, I remind myself of that, and accept that there is a chance Ill end up failing horrifically and will have to deal with that, but accept that itll happen eventually. It calms me down sometimes XD

Youre welcome? XD If anda ever want to know lebih Im pretty open about this kind of stuff. There are some places I dont go either because I dont want to atau find them too personal but Im usually open to respond about mental health and all XD
