I'm watching Kaichou Wa Maid-sama! and Starry Sky right now.. Try watching Special A first though, before Maid sama :) I also recommend Shakugan No Shana and Yamato Nadeshiko: Shichihenge. Wish I could recommend lebih animes but most of them are already answered :))

If anda liked Ouran, you'll probably like Fruits Basket. The two animes are the saat most popular crossover on Fanfiction.net for both animes (most popular Ouran crossover is with Harry Potter and most popular Fruits Basket crossover is with InuYasha)
(^What I mean is, there are a lot of crossover stories between Ouran and Fruits Basket)
