well rumiko has great comedy (and romance *cough cough* maison ikkoku) in ALL of her Anime so heres a few ideas sejak her:

It anda want a really good romantic comedy anime, Lovely Complex is your best bet. I don't normally watch romantic comedy animes, but I gave this one a try, it's really great.
