HELP WANTED!!

Does The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya count?
Basically, it's about a guy named Kyon who doesn't believe in anything supernatural, but winds up sitting in front of the eccentric beauty, Haruhi Suzumiya. A big mess up happens, and Haruhi forms a club with her psychotic, supernatural-loving mind, and winds up recruiting the cutesy girl Mikuru, the mysterious transfer student Itsuki, and the silent book lover Yuki. The three later reveal to Kyon that they were sent from respective groups to keep an eye of Haruhi, because she could destroy the universe and recreate it if she became bored of the one she is in now. Itsuki reveals that he is an ESPer, Yuki reveals that she is an alien, and Mikuru reveals that she is a time traveler. Haruhi is believed to be a God. But she doesn't even know about her powers, and, if she did, it would cause some sort of paradox atau something. It's hilarious, and I think it counts as sci-fi. It doesn't have much drama, though...
