Pretty much the reason I Cinta him is his weirdness. He's very odd. He's a sleep deprived detective who is addicted to sugar and sweet, sits like a bird(even in the car and while he's sleeping, which is pretty rare), and gnaws on his thumb(yes, his thumb, not his thumb nail) when he's thinking. Plus, he's awesome at Tenis and creeping people out. Especially sejak touching Misa Amane's butt to steal her cell phone. He's a damn smart little weirdo, and I Cinta him like nobody's business! He is saat only to Envy from FMA.

Niizuma Eiji from Bakuman. This guy is a genius. He is mentally retarded sometimes with all the squeaky noises and screeches he makes when he's trying to draw manga. He is the antagonist of the series as he competes with the two protagonists of the series in making Manga but he is the most lovable character in the series. Think of him as Eiichiro Oda's incarnation in an anime, only weirder and creepier. Sometimes he may act as the most intelligent being of the Anime but the craziest too. Can't get enough of this guy.

Sanae from Squid Girl. She is REALLY weird particularly in the mental department. anda will see how WEIRD she is and can get too especially her attraction towards/for and even obsession over Squid Girl

Touko seems like just an insecure novelist, but she actually has Multiple Personalities, her other personality being an insane serial killer. Of course, this serial killer only kills men that she finds attractive.

I'd say Juzo(or whatever) from Tokyo Ghoul is a good 'ne for this thread (PUN!) Hah. Haha. He's odd in appearance and mentally. Mm. I'm going to say Snake (Another kegemaran Anime character) and Grell from Kuroshitsuji should be on this.
