What's the bloodiest Anime you've seen?

Oh my goodness. O.O Way too graphic. xP But to answer your question, I don't watch extremely violent anime, but the bloodiest I've seen so far is Elfen Lied.

I haven't watched Elfen Lied completely, but I've seen a lot, and enough, of it. Too bad though. I also heard the plot was amazing and really sad, but I just can't do with the gore.

Since I am fairly new to the Anime fandom I have only seen about 10-11 series. Most were romance/comedy themed, but I recently started watching Shingeki no Kyojin and good god.. Only 9 episodes are out as of right now and there is a good amount of blood in each episode. I blame the titans, they really need to learn how to menelan their 'food'. >.>

I was surprised when I found out that this was considered "shounen". I really expected it to be rated seinen because it's just way too gory.
