Most CLAMP manga's in general are better then the actual Anime since usually the anime's adaptions are too rushed not allowing enough time for good character development atau not adding enough depth to the plot . atau they change too much in the Anime adaption ruining the actual story atau making it very hard and confusing to follow .
In my opinion some CLAMP manga's that are better then the Anime adaptions :
xxxholic * the Anime skipped a few important details and made the story line too Watanuki oriented *
Tsubasa : Reservoir Chronicles * They rushed the plot too fast and did not give enough episodes for a magna series that has over 25 buku . I mean Naruto and Fairy Tail are also past 25 buku and have over 200 episodes , 4-5 OVA's , and a movie atau two and yet Tsuabsa had only around 50 episodes , 1 OVA , and two Filem *
Magic Knight Rayearth * the quality of the Anime was terrible and they did not venture much into character development which is what made the magna an enjoyable read . *
X / 2000 * Terrible Anime quality and they changed too much of the story making the Anime it's own version of the magna instead of a proper magna adaption *
Chobits * My only issue with Chobits is that they rushed the story a little bit making the ending of this Anime a little too obvious and making the Anime fell like a cliché Cinta story *

IKR!!! Like Tsubasa actually didn't end the series in the anime! XXXHOLiC was long enough to finish the series though... But CLAMP is making a new serialized series of XXXHOLiC too...
Clarification. In the English dubbed anyway, they turn Nezumi into tikus (His name). I felt the Anime rushed some of the most beautiful and important parts of the manga.
It's a story about a 'perfect' city that isn't so perfect under the surface. A boy, Shion, who grew up in it, naive to it's truths until chance brought he and Nezumi into contact. It's hard to explain in just a few words and give it justice. It is shonen ai ish (The Manga lebih than the Anime but it's there too) but if you're ok with that, I strongly recommend it.
I always read the Manga before I watch animes, but though I have only watched one episode of the Anime Fruits Basket, judging from what I've heard it doesn't sound as good as the manga. It missed out loads of characters, many of which played very crucial parts, including one of my favourites, and some aspects of personality seem to have been altered; I asked some Fruits Basket peminat-peminat how they felt about Shigure having a darker side, and they didn't know what I was talking about, having only ever seen Shigure in the anime. The voices also sound a lot different to how I imagined; when I read Manga I tend to be able to 'hear' the characters' voices in my head in a way, so I expected the Anime voices to be different, but it was mildly disappointing nonetheless in some ways. Maybe that was just me being fussy, but I was somewhat put off watching when I was told that some of my favourite characters were different/not featured in the anime.
Rosario Vampire. The first season of the Anime was mostly accurate, aside from characters being introduced at different times. Although, the first season of the Manga had way lebih story to it.
The saat season of the Anime left the Manga behind entirely and turned it into mostly fanservice, while creating it's own half assed story. I don't mind fanservice, but when it get's in the way of the story and character development then it's too much.
All in all the Manga went waaay past the Anime and it handled character development much better. The poorly done development in the saat season left a bad taste in my mouth. I still liked the anime, but it can't compare to the manga.
