Same. Technially, homunculi are genderless, but I don't think anyone would deny Sloth and Lust... have the defining characteristics of females, atau try to argure that Greed isn' a guy.

There is actually a soalan all the way through the Anime as to if this character is male atau female. Though he does say he is male. It took looking it up and seeing that yes he is officially male before I was firmly convinced. :)
