•The head's too big (Unless if this is a chibi) •Make the hair lively (And sejak lively I mean anda should let it flow) •The eyes are too narrow •Why are there only 4 fingers :v (Yes, all of us are having issues with drawing hands :V) •From what I remember, characters' still have cheekbones and chins (Not all chibis has a chin sejak the way. That is, if this IS a chibi) •The legs are out of proportion. It seems like this girl doesn't have hips. With that said, I suggest anda to make them a little bit far away from each other •If those are the eyelashes/eyelids/whatever anda call them, connect them.
I'm gonna stop now since I suck at explaining and suggesting
