A villain has stolen the voices of all the Disney Princesses (save for Ariel). Who'd be the best and the worst to cope with it and why?

Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Eilowny, Belle, Jasmine, Esmeralda, Pocahontas, Kida, Mulan, Rapunzel, Giselle, Tiana, Anna and Elsa suddenly, and with no explaination, lose their voices.

After a while a contest is held to see who managed to cope with it in the best way, and who utterly failed at it. The winner will see her voice restored instantly, the loser would not, the others will be healed as fast as they managed to get well in life without.

Who's the winner? And the loser? And why?
