My apology for being a crazy anti-Twilight. This cartoon is meant to be funny not hurtful

All right, first of all, being a pretty huge twilight fan, i find what anda berkata rather unpleasant. Not that I can't deal with the criticism, but I can understand how some peminat-peminat will react to your analysis. Regular Twilight fans, such as myself, try not to let the harsh opinions of those who don't like Twilight, get to us. I mean, there are alot of antis, and I can deal with that. We deal with the haters, the trashers, the antis everyday. I think its only fair that anda do the same.

There are many antis whom I have enjoyed talking to. Just because I like Twilight, it doesn't mean I have to hate all those who don't like it. We don't agree sometimes, but we always are able to come to a compromise atau middle ground.

Calling liking Twilight "giving in to such stupidity", that's rather unclassy. I'm sure anda can find a better way of voicing your opinion. We all like different things. That's what makes us different.

Since Twilight is in the spotlight at the moment, there's always two sides to a coin. People are going to hate it and some who are going to Cinta it. I agree, alot of the fangirls get annoying. I too have to put up with that every day, but when the fad is done and gone, it'll be fine. It's just like the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus. They were/still are a fad. I can voice my opinion sejak saying it's childish atau whatever, but calling the peminat-peminat "childish", it's not right. Those peminat-peminat find something in them [Jonas Brothers/Miley Cyrus] that is special. Us Twilight peminat-peminat find something in the story that is special to us atau is meaningful. So calling us stupid, your calling our beliefs stupid. Not only our logic of why we like the story, but you're calling any of our beliefs stupid. The sane twilight peminat-peminat like it for a reason. And calling us stupid, it's like your calling everything we believe in stupid.

However, I personally find the macro hilarious. It's someone's way of voicing their opinion. There's a difference between saying that about one certain object and calling all those who like it stupid.

Last year, Kevin Smith, well known writer/producer, mentioned 'Twilight' during his panel at Comic Con 09 (The New Moon Panel was a little bit earlier). Alot of people in the crowd started booing. He said, "No, stop stop." Then said,

"That's what I Cinta about a comic book invention. Here's this one person standing there in a Spock costume and looks over there to someone in a chewie costume and says, 'Look at that geek.'"

He's implying that we all like different things. Those who insult Twilight, who find us geeks atau "retarded", may like bintang Trek, and that's what we think is geeky and nerdy.

We all have our tastes and likes. It's not right to belittle someone when they think differently than you.

PS. My apologies for saying "stupid" so much. Lol. I was trying to make a point.

I understand your frustrations, and anda know what? People here have the same frustrations with Twilight, including some fans of Twilight. But once again, anda have to be clear - There isn't just one kind of Twilight fan. The amount of stupid in the Twilight peminat community is not exclusive to them. It spills out of the anti-Twilight community as well sometimes. Stupidity begets stupidity. I have to say, I consider myself a level-headed individual but if I'm drawn into a mud-slinging match, then I'll get down in the dirt and pound my chest too. It's been known to happen. Once every ten years atau so, but it does.

So, I guess what I'm saying is, it's OK to go overboard. If someone tells anda that they're offended, apologize and maybe clarify your meaning.

There are antis here - hardcore ones, too, who really don't like Twilight atau the phenomenon - who manage to be civil and respectful. Like I berkata before, I've seen anda around the site, even if I don't know what you're talking about, and I think you're a reasonable person. And anda are trying to apologize. So anda don't need to leave this spot atau anything. If someone gets on your case when anda don't deserve it, then others will come to your aid. Conversely, if anda misbehave, then you'll be called on it.

Like I berkata before - Voice your opinions, both pro-Twilight and anti, but don't be a dick about it. And if anda can't help being a dick (IE, mayhaps anda were pulled into the fray), then we'll try and defuse the tension.

excuse me? but in my opinion twilight isn't stupid and the people who read are not either. and im sorry that seeing twilight everywhere bugs you, but face the fact, thats the way it is. because people like twilight, there going to do things related to twilight. and thats there choice. anda might think twilight is dumb, stupid, etc. but then there could be a twilight peminat who thinks something anda like could be dumb atau stupid.

i like twilight but i get what u mean ppl changing their namnes on here and putting a twilight based name atau something and its all over the place i like it but im not obsessed and i would never compare it to any of the literature and works of art u mentioned and lebih twilight is lebih of a Fantasi for teens but some go overboard and lmao beauty and the beast pic lol
