Anyway...I think Phillip is maybe too romantic for Mulan.

I think she might like that eye roll of Charming's, seeing as how she didn't want to be like the girls he was rolling his eyes at. Irrelevant, but just a point in his favor.
I think her last choices would be Philip and Aladdin. They both seem to feel the need to be saving the women the love a lot, and Mulan would not want someone who feels he needs to be her savior. However, I think she would find Aladdin more interesting than Phillip, and could relate to his feelings of being trapped.

Shang feels the need to be a savior. I don't think it turns her off, she just wants to be able to save the day as well.

Mulan needs someone with whom she can work in a team or share the common goals an I cannot possibly imagine what she and Eric might have in common. Eric is intensely invested in music which is something Mulan never showed even remote interest in, in addition to that Eric's nature of a dreamer doesn't seem to be something Mulan would find attractive or romantic taking that she fell for Shang because of his cold mind and discipline.
