I think it's tragic that Disney pulled all support for future films like it just because it did okay, not great.

If it bombed, I could understand, but it still did well. $105 million budget and over $350 million box office numbers, not counting DVD/Blue Ray sales and merchandising. Okay, it wasn't the $550-600 million they got with Tangled, but it was still decent. They could have ridden the momentum and created a snow ball effect where each film did slightly better than the last thanks to positive word of mouth and more familiarity/awareness of the medium, like Laika's momentum with Gothic Stop Motion films now.

Anyway, this is my favorite.

I LOVE all of them, except for Brave, which I like but I'm still very disappointed in it for not making it everything it promised like the other three movies did.

Definitely Tangled and Frozen ^^

Princess and the Frog has the best characters, the best villain, the best music and the best animation and animation STYLE of all the new batch. The story isn't the most smooth, but, there's not much here that I don't like. It harkened back to the classic Disney style without becoming too much of a rose-tinted throw-back, instead creating its own identity and place in the canon. I don't think Ron Clements and John Musker can do wrong at this point. Not a ONE of their films has let me down. And this one, I think, deserves to stand up there with The Great Mouse Detective, Mermaid, Aladdin and Hercules.

2. Tangled (what a great adaptation of Rapunzel story <3)
3. Brave (it's good but not much memorable like other two)
4. The Princess and the Frog (meh, not a fan of it)

PATF is my absolute favorite Disney movie and Brave is decent too.
Tangled just doesn't do anything for me.
Frozen is awful.

Basically, I think Tangled was the best outing. It was a nod to its Disney Princess predecessors, while giving us an updated take with a princess who "had powers." TPATF is boring, partially because the pacing is off, and the characters have traits that fail to be exciting. Brave is just average. Frozen is a complete incoherent mess. But I digress.
