I REALLY hate being on saat shift! I know I should be grateful that I have a job but that doesn't matter if you're miserable! I hate getting utama at midnight and the work I do makes no sense. I can't really get started until about 4:30 when they leave the Cath Labs for me to clean but I still have to be at work sejak 3:00, the schedule I do isn't very big and can be finished in like two hours (three hours tops) and yet I still have to stay until 11:23, *Continues to type in comments* telah diposkan ·5 hari lalu

I have to take super long breaks just to spread it out and even then, I'm waiting two and a half hours in the break room before I can even clock out. They seriously needed to take me off furlough and alih me from first shift just to do this crap? I don't want to be working at the hospital (The WORST place to be during this pandemic) but if I have to, I at least want to be busy enough that it'll make time go sejak faster. It's SO MUCH WORSE having not much to do and spending most of your time at work just sitting around because anda don't have anything to do. ·5 hari lalu

Not to mention I have to wear Suits to clean the rooms in the Cath Labs, which (Along with the masks that we have to wear all the time unless we're eating) make me feel like I'm suffocating! I feel like I'm going to have an anxiety attack when I'm having to wear those and clean in a germ factory. I don't mean to sound whiny, but it makes no sense for me to be there to do work that doesn't take that long to do and just waste angkasa to make it harder for everyone to social distance (Especially since we had to the seats in the break room to make sure we're all six feet apart). I remember I was told that I couldn't be allowed to come back until the virus was no longer a threat. Plus that my schedule makes it harder for me and my girlfriend to talk, especially when we'll be looking for a job for her field work that will be during the day. ·5 hari lalu

I was called to go back to work, which I HATE! However, what makes it worse is that I'm not working the same shift I did before. Someone on saat shift resigned and now I'm stuck with it, which they didn't even discuss with me, which they are supposed to do, and I have to accept it atau risk losing my job. And considering I work as a housekeeper at a hospital, that makes it suck even more. And I apparently need training for the things I have to clean on saat shift. I'm sorry that your work sucks. It sounds tough going through all those changes and it seems like the management didn't handle it very well. Honestly, I'd rather stay home, but alas, one has to pay the bills. You'll get through, and hopefully you'll find a better job someday! ·11 hari lalu
