It's been that way with me and Tiana...I watched the movie once and she became my least favorite but when I watched it again and she moved to the middle of my list

Once I form an opinion it's usually set. For instance with Zuko (from Avatar) I used to hate him but then I started to like him--not even kidding, out of habit I continued to bash him a little. It took about a year for me to be like 'okay he's a cool character, why am I still hating on him?' It's sort of the same with the princesses--worse probably as I've held to the same list since I was little. The only alterations made was when I added Merida to the top 5 after her movie came out.

I formulate an opinion the first time I see their movie. The first opinion sticks. The only exception there ever has been is Merida.

Tiana was forever on the lower sector on my list (though I never disliked her, I just couldn't connect with the character) but I rewatched it over a year ago for the first time in years and she soared up to my top three! I have a feeling she may fall down slightly when I next rewatch the movie (I never have much drive to watch it since I'm not particularly a fan of PatF) but I doubt she'll be as low as she was. Oh and Aurora too, I was always very neutral with the character but now I like her.

More recently, Merida. In fact she was only one of two (the other being Ariel) that I actually disliked, but I rewatched the movie a couple of months ago and I found myself liking her. Nothing too strong, but I'm not too bothered by her anymore and I like how she develops as the movie progresses.

I used to despise Merida, rewatched her movie, now I love her!

Happened to me with Jasmine. She used to be one of my least favourites, but over the past year or so I've started liking her more. So now, while I don't love her, I do quite like her.
