Is it normal for a new comer in fanfiction.net to be unable to post a story right after signing in?

After signing in, I immediately pressed the siarkan button on the left side but it berkata that I won't be able to post a story right away because of 2 reasons: I was a new comer and some other reason... Is this normal? When can I start posting my peminat fics.?

Have anda accepted the guidelines? anda have to do this every once in a while to keep posting. Just sign in, go to the siarkan tab, and then click rules and guidelines. Click the link on the bottom of the page and anda should be set!

Yep. It's to prevent spam. At least, that's what it says. anda have to wait like 48 hours. (Which sucks. >.<)
