A lite Nasihat please?

Alright so, I'm really into this guy (not gonna put hid real name) and..well, we're not friends, but we talk and hang sometimes. Anyway, I get really shy around him and he's into my bestfriend so he doesn't really notice me that much..can anybody give me some Nasihat on how to make him notice me like that?
