I don't think anda can but if anda have a wii and download My Pokemon Ranch and get it too its highest level anda trade an egg for Mew and just connect anda ds too the Wii and withdraw it then anda have a Mew I think that is the only way without cheating But I believe anda can't catch one in the wild atau sejak event
