Do anda know anyone who is less than 13 on fanpop? Do anda think its okay for people less than 13 to go to websites such as fanpop?

I just wanna know i theres people on Fanpop who are less than 13. Dont worry i wont tell anyone. Also i want to know if anda think it is okay. if anda think they can enter at a certain age like from 9 anda can say it.
