Honestly it kind of depends--especially on what website I'm on and how ridiculous the demand. Here I care a bit more because everyone is usually pretty nice to me so I want to be nice to everyone here. Tumblr, I've gotten to the point where I don't give af anymore because they're mean no matter what. And they get offended no matter what; like I can post about what I had for breakfast and someone would yell at me to put a trigger warning on it. Which leads to the ridiculous demands. Literally had someone yell at me for using the words 'icy weather'. I get it some people have odd triggers but you can't expect everyone to know them; take some responsibility for yourself for once! Sometimes you have to take it upon yourself to block the tags you don't like.

I don't try to offend people, I don't go out of my way to do it unless someone starts in on me first. But to some degree I have to not care because no matter what, I feel like at least one person is gonna be offended no matter how nicely I try to put things.

Generally yes because I do not want to make enemies randomly but there's alot of times no for the very reason zan said.

It depends on what I'm posting, honestly. But I genuinely do try to be considerate in most cases.
