Evil is learned or created through a series of awful experiences. A two year old doing something naughty is often innocent/done simply because they don't know better. I feel like all people are born good. Cynicism comes with age and knowledge and I think evil works the same.

Neither. For the reason that ''Good'' and ''Evil'' are pretty subjective terms. Certainly, it is as Zanny said concerning experiences. That applies to being Good just as with being Evil. Personally, I believe that people are empty the moment they born into Existence. Pretty similar to an empty bottle. It needs to get filled. Whether a person grows surrounded by Good or Evil in their environment, they will absorb the corresponding Aura and Perception towards others. Even then, I wouldn't characterize someone as an ''Absolute Good'' nor ''Absolute Evil''. In the end, more like Neutral. There are certain aspects who play a key role in leaning towards one Side. For example, the influence of a person you hold dear. If I definitely had to pick one, I would choose Good because I see it having greater potential than the exact opposite. If anything, people can prove to be more Stupid rather than actually being Evil !!!!

People are neutral generally and then could grow to be good or evil. Some people are just assholes as a baby and grow up as such. Likewise with good babies but generally everyone is neutral.
