The Games

It has been a tahun since the big factory fire, which my father died because of it. I miss him so much. I am watching after my mother and my little sister Nina.
    Our “state” is made up of 13 little “counties”. My family and I live in county eight. I am happy to live here and here is why, county eight has many houses and it also is one of the wealthier counties, the mayor is very nice and he has a daughter about my age. My family lives in a very nice house. The government is not that nice at all though. They say that anda cannot have any pets, cannot be out past midnight atau anda get put in jail and the most important rule of all is not to go out into the Bad Lands. That is where all of the dead bodies and criminals go. That place gives me the creeps, but I am breaking one of those rules it is the one about not having a pet. My mom does not even know that I have him.
