I'm thinking about taking a creative Penulisan course seterusnya tahun but I'm not sure about it should i give it a try?

no because creativity comes from your mind it cant be learned. but it might help ><

Otherwise, don't, because anda don't want to end up doing something anda don't like.

Absolutely! I say this because I am currently taking creative Penulisan myself and it is helping me to get out of my "comfort zone." I hope anda have a good teacher.

i think u shud take it, it always helps to have a little learning experience in the things ur interested in, and if u want to get serious about being a writer, this is a great way to become lebih professional, and u never no what u'll learn.

I took a creative Penulisan course in 11th grade and it was one of the greatest things I ever did during my high school years. So, go for it!!

I know I'm a tahun late, but I just wanted to say something.

There's a lot of stereotype surrounding creative Penulisan courses. The biggest one being "they stifle your creativity! They just tell anda what to write!" And I just wanted to say: all that is is stereotype. There's hardly any truth to it at all. Maybe some teachers do that, but I don't think it's right to base something like that on such a small percent.

I took two creative Penulisan courses in college (with two separate teachers). Never once was I told what to write. I was telah diberi prompts ("write about your most vivid memory," "write about the funniest thing anda can think of") occasionally, but they usually just gave us free reign over whatever genre we were covering. I was never told I sucked, atau I needed to write about something else, I was simply telah diberi constructive criticism ("your character had a beautiful line there, but your detail of her surroundings were a little lacking. Try using stronger words like...")

It helped me a lot, both in my fiction writing, my "educational" writing, and in looking back and my own work. It made me aware of my strengths and weaknesses as a writer, and gave me helpful ideas on how to strengthen those weaknesses. Those were easily the best two classes I have taken yet.
