I think anda need to spend a lot of time on the spot and posts numerous articles, images, questions, pop kuiz soalan etc. That's what I did when I became a dedicated peminat to this spot :)
Simple, anda go to fanpop's homepage and find the section where it talks about clubs. At the bahagian, atas right of the section it says "create a spot" and anda simply click on that :)
